Father, thank You for the mercy of another morning. Before I reach for achievement, approval, or control, remind me that I belong to You through Jesus. Order my loves, guide my decisions, guard my words, and make me attentive to the people You place before me. God who made me, my body is not an ornament or an enemy. Forgive the cruelty I direct toward it and the ways I measure worth by appearance. Help me care for my health without worshiping control, receive nourishment without shame, and seek skilled help where needed. Teach me to see myself and other women with the dignity You give, not the rankings culture creates. Amen.

Gentle Jesus, I am tired beyond what determination can fix. Show me what can wait, what help I need to request, and which expectations are not from You.
