TRUTHS TO CARRY
What Scripture invites you to remember
Lament is faithful speech
God welcomes honest grief. Biblical lament brings pain toward Him rather than pretending it away.
Psalm 13Forgiveness and access differ
Forgiveness releases vengeance to God; reconciliation requires truth, repentance, safety, and rebuilt trust.
Romans 12:18–19Seeking help is wise
Pastors, mature women, counselors, doctors, and advocates can be part of God’s care.
Proverbs 11:14A FAITHFUL NEXT STEP
Put truth into practice
- Write an honest lament: what hurts, what you ask, and what truth you are choosing to hold.
- Tell one safe person what you have been carrying alone.
- Choose one boundary that protects healing without becoming isolation.

A PRAYER FOR THIS SEASON
