The woman of Proverbs 31 is not praised for pretending she has no needs. Her strength appears in wise work, generosity, planning, truthful speech, and reverence for God.
Jesus forms strength that can remain soft. You can set a boundary without cruelty, lead without domination, and admit weakness without surrendering dignity.

Ask for one specific kind of help instead of silently carrying everything.
PRAY
Lord, clothe me with strength and dignity. Keep my courage tender, my boundaries wise, and my confidence rooted in You. Amen.
