Hospitality is love of the stranger, not performance for the impressed. Your home may be small, shared, unfinished, noisy, or simple and still become a place of grace.
Order can serve welcome, but perfectionism postpones it. Open what you have with wisdom. A cup of tea, an attentive chair, or a shared meal can dignify another person.
